| Our Company history and development |
 Founded in 1973 to serve the sub-contract machining market, JEA Engineering specialised in providing high quality and high standard engineering work to the coal, oil, automotive, paper-making and chemical industries.Later, the company diversified into Ministry of Defense and foundry m/c work. The core business is mainly oil and gas (North Sea) and international companies. For the last 15 years, JEA has been primarily a sub-contractor for Oil, Gas and associated industries. JEA has held the BS EN ISO 9001:2000 standard since 2002. This demonstrates the ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements, and the aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system. This includes processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity and applicable regulatory requirements.  Our dedicated and skilled workforce is adaptable and pro-active in the approach to new work scopes.
We are justifiable proud of the wealth of knowledge accumulated from all sectors of engineering.The unique combination of a small skilled workforce and the ability to handle components found in the more specialised areas of subcontract machining make JEA a most versatile and reliable sub-contractor to a host of industries.
