Our Services and Equipment
We specialise in the precision machining of more exotic materials and alloys including Inconel (nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with an addition of niobium), Hastelloy C276 (nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy), Monel (high tensile strength nickel-copper alloy), 316 Stainless Steel (molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel) as well as S.G. Iron (Spheroidal Graphite Iron), Aluminium Bronze and 4140 Grade Steels.

We are an approved member of BSI and are proud to have achieved BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

Each part undergoes first-off approval before going into production, followed by in-process and regular patrol inspections to monitor for changes, and final-off inspection before the batch is delivered or placed into stock.

Our services are complemented by an efficient delivery service to all our existing and potential customers.

Our extensive range of machinery means we are able to work to short lead times if required.
